Each edition uses the same methodology as the AI Visibility Readiness Score and looks only at public information.

A benchmark of readiness, not a ranking of quality.
The Index evaluates clarity, trust, structure, access and answerability: how well a business’s public website explains it to AI tools. It does not evaluate service quality, real-world outcomes, reputation, customer satisfaction, or which business is objectively best. It is not an endorsement, and it doesn’t guarantee how any AI tool will respond.
