Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of VISIBLA by Briviom, including free audits, report history, paid report unlocks, PDFs, and contact forms.
No guaranteed outcomes
VISIBLA identifies content, clarity, trust, technical, and recommendation-readiness signals that may affect AI-powered discovery. Briviom does not guarantee rankings, search traffic, AI citations, AI recommendations, revenue, leads, or placement in AI-generated answers.
Submitted websites
You are responsible for having the right to submit a website or competitor URL for analysis. VISIBLA accesses only publicly reachable pages without authentication, evaluates robots.txt before fetching, and does not bypass login, bot protection, or other access controls. Site-specific terms may also apply to submitted URLs.
Content handling
VISIBLA processes page content transiently to calculate measurements and generate reports. It retains submitted URLs, bounded public metadata, derived signals, scores, generated recommendations, and operational logs—not complete page HTML, full body text, complete structured-data payloads, or full link and contact-detail lists.
Paid reports and delivery
Paid report unlocks are processed through Stripe. A paid report is generated automatically after payment is confirmed. The online report stays in your Workspace. One-time PDF files are available for re-download for 90 days from first generation; re-downloads do not restart that period. Subscription PDFs remain available while the plan is active and for a 90-day grace period after it becomes inactive. If payment succeeds but the report does not load, contact Briviom with your audit ID.
No-refund policy
VISIBLA does not offer refunds for Full Reports, monthly subscriptions, annual plans, or Agency plans, except as stated in this policy. When a verified VISIBLA technical failure prevents report delivery, we will resolve the issue or generate the report manually. If we cannot deliver the report, we will refund your payment. A duplicate charge will be refunded. Disagreement with the score, recommendations, or business outcomes does not create a refund right. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Service availability
VISIBLA depends on external websites, AI providers, payment providers, email providers, analytics tools, and hosting infrastructure. The service may be unavailable, delayed, or limited at times.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse rate limits, submit malicious URLs, attempt to bypass bot protection, attack the service, access admin areas without authorization, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law. Additional rules are published in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Report license and redistribution
The purchaser receives a license to use the generated report for its own business purposes. A VISIBLA score is not an independent certification. Commercial redistribution, resale, or white-label use requires an authorized Agency agreement.
Aggregated benchmarks
Briviom may use de-identified and aggregated score observations to improve VISIBLA and create benchmarks. Public Index publications evaluate website signals and do not evaluate service quality, real-world outcomes, or customer satisfaction.
